You are a yoga teacher, over 50 years old (or very close),

with a client base experiencing varying degrees of persistent pain.

Shoulder issues

Osteoarthritis

Hypermobility

Osteoporosis

Neck issues

Foot issues

Post-surgical issues

Balance / Walking issues

and more.

The Frustration

And despite what you are trying, you are a bit frustrated. The typical yoga fixes aren’t working consistently.

And you aren’t sure when something does work why it does. You want more consistency with your results.

But there is more.

You want a consistent revenue as well for this next chapter of your life.

You want to be able to:

Communicate what you see so your student can begin to feel it for themselves without thinking they or their body is wrong.

Recognize whether your cue is helping or whether your student is adding more effort, bracing, or gripping to follow it.

Adapt the movement, range, or support based on what is actually happening.

Know when to progress, when to pause, and when to change what you are offering.

At the core of consistent results are 3 things.

1

The Healing Relationship

How you listen, communicate, and work with your client helps them share what they feel – and that helps you know what to do next

2

You can’t change what you aren’t aware of.

Awareness is the fuel for change, and your job as their teacher is to help facilitate awareness in an effective, kind and meaningful way.

3

Seeing movement and compensation patterns.

This is fundamental – when you can truly see how your client moves – what they are doing well and where they are compensating, you help them improve their awareness and begin the process of change
As you develop these skills, you become clearer about what is working and why. Your students begin to recognize what helps them, what doesn’t, and how to use that awareness beyond your classes.

So Where to Start:

I have two foundational program levels. Power of Programs are 2 hours and are an introduction to building your awareness and facilitating change.

Power of the Pinch is our next live online program running in October 14.

“I had to ask a stranger in a parking lot to take off the lid of my water bottle. By the end of this class I was able to take it off myself”

Other Power of Programs are Listed Here.

Therapeutic Yoga Intensive

This is where you develop the foundational skills described above: seeing movement and compensation, helping your students become aware of what they feel, and knowing how to respond to what you see.

You learn to make clearer decisions about what to offer, how to adapt it, and when to progress -so you understand more of what is working and why.

If you are ready to deepen your professional training, the Therapeutic Yoga Intensive is where to begin.

Yoga Therapy Certification

The Intensive is part of that training. Certification gives you more time, practice, feedback, and mentorship to deepen these skills and apply them with your clients.

It also includes business training to help you communicate the value of your work, develop your offers, and build toward the consistent revenue you want.

If you want to build this next chapter of your work around yoga therapy, our Certification program takes you further.

Flexible Path

Begin with the Intensive, or join Certification with the Intensive included.
