Welcome.

There are a few reasons why persistent pain stays persistent. And, from what my clients and I have seen, the most foundational reason is because we aren’t solving for the actual issue.

“Said another way, where the pain is, isn’t the problem, it is an expression of the problem.”

My clients come to me with a range of issues. Many with hip or knee issues but often they have neck, shoulder, elbow and wrist issues too.

They are good at putting up with and enduring pain and strain and just getting on with their lives.

But it started to get harder, and they needed a change.

They tried a lot of things and they just didn’t stick, not until we helped them become aware of and then changed their compensation patterns.

Here's What A Few Clients Have To Say

“I had been trapped in a prison of pain. Pretty much feeling like there is never going to be any hope, that I’m just going to have to live my life like this forever, which is not a great way to live. Now I have freedom.”

Anne

“We push so hard in so many things we do, and Susi gives you permission to take it easy and to move with ease . . which . . I think, is really special in this world right now.”

Carolyn

“We know we’re looking for something. We know we don’t want to be in pain anymore. We don’t want to be tight anymore. We don’t want to feel alien to our bodies anymore.”

James
