HEYYYY - I LOVE THAT YOU ARE HERE!

Ilovekin

As a member of I Love Kinesiology this is your personal invite to Foundations for Becoming a Movement Detective.

And the reason I am offering this to you, is it is a natural add on to what we have done already with I Love Anatomy, I Love Neuromechanics, I Love Gait, I Love Rest and I Love Strength.

It takes all that great knowledge and helps you see the clues, understand who the suspects are and truly see where the patterns are that need retraining and refining.

You get special pricing because you are an I Love Kinesiology members

In I Love Kinesiology we dug into:

I Love Anatomy
I Love Neuromechanics
I Love Gait
I Love Rest
I Love Strength

You were able to better connect what you were sensing to what you were feeling mechanically and proprioceptively.

The gains you made interoceptive and proprioceptively were huge.

And, you can see the next destination for skill development.

You have heard me talk about becoming a movement detective, and how a movement detective can see patterns, and how patterns really is where our power lies.

Well… that is what we are going to next.

Train you in the Foundations of Becoming a Movement Detective.

Our Proven Process: Fundamentals for Becoming a Movement Detective

There are 4 parts to the process.

1. Understanding Pain and Symptoms.  We begin by digging into the current research on pain,  how it is reduced and how it is perceived,  through both a neuroscience lens and an Ayurveda lens.

Because together, they help you understand pain not just as a physical or psychological or nervous system issue… but as something shaped across layers of the system – body, breath, and mind – So you’ll finally have a framework that makes sense of what you’re seeing.

2. How The Science Theory Play Out with Specific Conditions. Then we will apply this in specific case studies and specific conditions and issues  – including back pain, lazy glutes, breast cancer recovery, osteoarthritis, hypermobility, so you will know exactly what to do when a real client walks through the door.

3. How To Grow Your Eye.  We will break down biomechanical movement patterns and I will direct you specifically for how I see movement and address movement. Including walking, pickleball, tennis, hockey, stand up paddle boarding, cycling skiing and more, so you’ll start seeing things in your students you never noticed before.

4. Library of Sequences. I will provide you with a Library of Sequences and one 3 months series you can work with your therapeutic groups. So you’ll always know exactly what to teach — and feel confident doing it.

The program runs July 7-October 13. Weekly calls are on Tuesday from 10:15 to 11:15 am.

The program consists of 2 hours of pre-recorded theoretical content, at minimum 24 hours of done-for-you sequences, and 14 hours of weekly calls.

And an online discussion board via Circle to get your questions answered on a regular basis

The result –  you will finish the program as a therapeutic yoga teacher who can make sense of pain  not just as a symptom, but as something shaped across the whole system, and not be afraid of it.

You’ll know how how to apply that understanding to real conditions, work with movement in a clear and practical way,
and use sequences and cueing that help your clients feel what’s changing in their bodies.

So instead of guessing…you begin working with intention.

This is where the foundations of becoming a Movement Detective begin.

30-Day Settle-In Window + A Note on the Payment Plan

A place to grow, integrate, and deepen over time.

The payment plan is here to support ease and cash flow— because I know that timing matters, and sometimes spreading things out makes it possible to say yes.

Whether you pay in full or with a payment plan, once the program begins the week of July 6,  you’ll have 30 days to settle in, explore the lessons, come to the calls—and feel out whether this is the right fit for you.

If it’s not, just let me know. No pressure, no hard feelings—we’ll part ways with love (and probably still be cheering each other on from afar).

After that, your spot is yours—whether you’re on a plan or paid in full.

Not because of policy, but because of what this space is meant to be—steady, intentional, and rooted in trust.
